For something like my sot block, just click actions, go to "Add new blocks", click "create custom block", and pick "custom content block"

Then you just type in whatever you want Big Grin

 

The music one should be like "my media" by default. Just go to YouTube and find the embed code for whatever vid it is that you want, and edit the block title to the song artist and name Smiling
